Bombshell Tapes Of George Anthony's Interview Released (Audio)
Uncut Version: 75 min.
Authorities released audio of the George Anthony taped interview conducted at the Orange County Sheriff's Office on July 24, 2008. In the sit down interview with the two men leading the investigation into Caylee's disappearance, among the things Anthony told detectives was that his daughter’s trunk smelled like there had been a dead body in there. He went on to ask them if they found something to let him know because he'd want to be the one to break the news to his wife Cindy and son Lee.
Hundreds Of Pages Of Discovery Released:
The State Attorney's Office has released hundreds of additional documents related to the case against 22-year-old Casey Anthony and her missing daughter Caylee.
George Anthony tells investigators what was going through his mind the day he went to the impound lot to pick up this white Pontiac his daughter Casey abandoned. The grandfather tells detectives he knows what a dead body smells like. "I've been around that stuff I mean the law enforcement stuff, we caught people out in the woods, out in a house in a car. So I know what it smells like. It’s a smell that you never...get rid of. When I first went there to pick up that vehicle I got within three feet of it I could smell something." He says he was so afraid to open the trunk, he asked the tow yard attendant to stand with him."I said, Please don't let this be what I think it is. Please don't let this by my Caylee. That's what I thought. That's what I, my heart was saying," George said.

Large Caylee Search Planned For Saturday - EquuSearch To Focus On 25-Square Mile Area
It's being called the largest search effort ever for a missing child.
About 3,000 people are expected to show up to try to locate 3-year-old Caylee Anthony who has been missing for 116 days. "We have brand new technology that we are using that we didn't have last time we were here," said Mandy Albritton of EquuSearch. "The imaging is so specific that it can actually look down into the water and determine if the shadows they see are rocks, log or a body."
Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is back in Orlando and believes he and EquuSearch can find the missing toddler by Monday.

Casey's father is a former cop so she grew up around things and knows more than the average person about crimes and so on. She has an upper hand.
I also want to point out here in this area a few years ago a man killed his girlfriend and threw her body in the trash which was then taken to the city dump. They never did find the body because the sheer magnitude of the dump and the trash thrown away on a daily basis.
There are clues that point to Casey using a dumpster close to where her car was found.....
I never really cared for Casey's Parents because I always thought they were protecting her, and that bothered me. But I don't feel that way anymore. After reading through all of these Documents, I see a pair of grieving Grandparents, grasping at the last remaining hope that their little Caylee is still alive. They probably in their hearts know the truth, but just can't bear the thought of it... so they remain in denial. It's a body's natural defense mechanism, and it's helping them to cope right now. I feel so sympathetic towards them and hope that when they finally do accept the truth, that they are strong enough emotionally to handle it.
how can someone do that to a little girl? its sick.
What a waste of time and money! Check out all of these Tips from callers (a bunch of them are Psychics) on what they think happened with Caylee. What a bunch of freaks! How unfortunate that the Orlando Police and FBI had to follow up every single one of these "leads".
Just outrageous!! I couldn't believe what some of these nutbags suggested!
If anything, it certainly makes for an interesting read!
