Convicted Pedophile in Westlake Village
In the Police Department's efforts to keep our children safe, the following alert has been issued. Please be aware that there is a Registered Sex Offender who is frequenting the City of Thousand Oaks. The offender is not currently breaking any laws, however, his behavior is causing concern. The subject, Kevin Perry, is living in his van. He has been frequenting various parking lots in the area. He has a poster in his van that reads, "$1 to talk to a real-life pedophile," and "I am a kind loving human." In the event that you come into contact with Mr. Perry, please contact the police. If you observe Mr. Perry behaving in any way that causes concern, please call the police department immediately. When contacting the police, please indicate that he is a known sex offender. Tell the dispatcher what he is doing, his location, and description as well as any information regarding anyone seen with Mr. Perry. Ventura County Sheriff's Dispatch: 805.654.9511
Child Missing FOUND
Justin Pyorala has been missing since 4pm last week. He is 14 but looks more like 12. He is thin build about 5 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen with his guitar in a white guitar case and amp. He has been having difficulties with his dad. He told his friends at school that he was hitch hiking to Mexico . They think he might have met someone on MySpace or YouTube. The police are obviously involved but it is not moving fast enough and is very frustrating. His friends have all been interviewed. He goes to Alemany High School in Mission Hills and lives in Northridge. They won't do an Amber alert because he was not seen being abducted. Any leads , call 818-384-9454.

FYI- don't call the police because you see a registered sex offender lol. The police can't do anything unless the registered sex offender is violating his/her conditions of parole or is committing a new crime. Hello. It is not like he is a wanted felon at the moment. He has been paroled. I am disgusted by sex offenders like most people but please don't burden your local police with phone calls about someone who isn't doing anything wrong because there is nothing they can do about it. Trust me, the police are probably already watching him, waiting for him to screw up.
FYI-not true. The Westlake/Agoura Hills area is plagued not only with this guy, but a flasher who loves to hang out in front of a dance studio where a lot of little girls through teens attend on a daily basis. So yes, they do care and they do respond because it's illegal for either of these people to be within certain feet of children.
The fact that he has a sticker saying $1 to talk to, says he is not hiding from anyone. Lets not forget that there are are 18 year old men with 17 year old girlfriends who have been labeled sex offenders because the girls parents were angry. Witch hunts don't work, and clogging up 911 is irresponsible. Keep an eye on your kids and don't take candy from strangers.

If he is near areas that children congregate then he is violating his conditions of release and then yes you should inform the police!! I meant if you just see him at the post office or at the grocery store or something and he doesn't try to talk to your kids or anything then just continue about your day. But yes, if he is around kids or young girls there is a problem.
my name is Kevin Perry. I want you all to know this before you belive all this media hype. I will admit that what I did was wrong and VERY impulsive. I did it because I was sick of being treated and harrassed LIKE a pedophile. I am not. I made a stupid mistake 7 years ago and did not check a girls id. She lied and told me she was 18. And yes she did look 18. Parents got mad and my life is ruined. I make the best of it. If anyone would like to know more about my fight against this war agains people with statuatory rape or consentual sex with a minor please let me know. By the way most of the public is not aware that there is private and public organization that make use of citizen to "communtiy police" the areas and the targets they choose. Does anyone have a lawyer i can contact about this rumor all over the news that i had a sign that said "i like to rape children" or can the news people print what ever thy want now a days? Not that my sign was much better but it was a statement against my citizen stalkers for calling me a child molester and pedophile for the last few weeks.
Perry you are still in DOJ as a sexual preditor, but people can find out exactly what you did and how you got in DOJ. Our neighbors son had a sexual relationship at 18 with a 16 yr old and the parents had him charged with Stat. rape and he only got a fine but he too is in DOJ. Looks like someone ,if what you say is true, went after you. Take doiwn your signs and go to the police station and talk to one of the police officers. Ask him to look up your record and maybe he can stop the harrassment.
I am just now checking back up on this site. Seeing if my outburst is still searchable. I am a target of C.O.P.S. and the situatation has not gotten any better. I am not on megeans list as most of you are well aware because my crime was not serious enough. I only wish I had checked her id. I have since come to realize this was an actual set-up by the cops program. Run by the DOJ. The victims girlfriend at the time was the "manager" of the situation. I had traded 3 movie tickets for a 6 inch sub the day before while I was working at subway. The movie that we had watched was "what's the worst that can happen" starring kevin bacon as the main character. Yes Morgan Richardson did lie about her age to me. For that I will never forgive myself. (a fake name made up by the P.D.) I am served my time and will not commit the offense again. When the C.O.P.S. wants to make an example out of you they will go to any lengths. The address I was living at at the time was 530 Ivywood. The C.O.P.S headquarters zip code in washington is 20530 which is my age and my address. So for gods sake keep your daughters safe! If I had only knew what I know now back then, this would have never happened. I beg you to keep your teenage daughters away from guys like me when I was that age. And tell them NOT TO LIE! jeez. If she had told me her real age I would have sent her back home with a spank. That is real talk. I AM NOT a Sexual Predator as some may think. Yes our country is waging a war against any and all types of sex offenders or sexual addiction of any type, mail or female. Educate yourselfs so the DOJ doesn't have to make examples out of young men and sacrafice them so all of you can learn from someone elses mistkes, parent's and young men. The website that I was advertising on the side of my van was the reason why I was coerced into making that sign. I know it sounds crazy but you have to keep an open mind. I made them look bad..they capitalized on my ptsd and the fact that I was in the "writing mood" and after a month of advertising that targets website on the side of my van I made a sign that destroyed my life. How Ironic. All I can say is keep your children safe and read alot of books so the DOJ doesn't have to educate the public by making examples and creating examples out of people.
