Drink lots of water and get plenty of rest! (Even though I'm not feeling so well right now myself. Probably from a lack of sleep!) ;)
Wow! A friend of mine just gave me a bottle of this to try! It was fabulous!!! My daughter was really skeptical but tried it and LOVED it!
and becca - something i have discovered - the Dyno-juice is very sweet and concentrated -I combine it with electro-enhanced water like smartwater etc - you get more band for your buck - it can last forever !
