5 Train in NYC

Received Friday, May 1, 2009
nanny sighting logo I saw this nanny on the 5 train downtown Thursday 4/30 at about 4:45. The child (about 3 years old) wouldn't/couldn't hold the pole, so the nanny was gripping, shaking and yelling at her. The child was crying "don't, that hurts me!" and "please stop" several people tried to talk to them and intervene. It went on for about 10 minutes. The child was VERY upset and distraught.

I wonder how the other people on this train would feel knowing that their faces were plastered all over the internet/world without their permission? Plus isnt the childs face supposed to be wiped out for privacy?

I don't see the child's face....I see brown hair, is there another picture you're looking at?

I will agree with you that the other people's faces shouldn't be shown but at the same time, shame on them for not getting up and giving the lady with the small child their seat.

What a sad world we live in, no one cares about anyone else, it's all me me me...and then we wonder why our kids grow up and act the way they do.

Yankee, you're right about that. If not for the child's safety, then for the sake of peace and quiet, give the nanny and child your seat!
