My husband and I have a 2 year old and a new baby on the way. We are looking for a live-in Nanny for our new coming baby. The 2 yr old goes to school. The hours would be 7 am to about 7 pm M-F. Weekends and evenings off. In exchange, we offer a private bedroom and bath on a separate floor from our master bedroom. Off-street parking included. Additional weekly pay is negotiable. "Hi" Cheeky Monkey. BLB has had a family Emergency situation concerning her oldest son and has focused solely on him for over the last month. I am a friend who has been watching her other children often and helping her day to day as I am able. For those of you concerned..pls pray. This woman has suffered more tragedies during the past two an a half years than any woman/mother/wife should ever have to live.We all have our challenges but she has endured a life times in a 2 yr period. The irony,the day that her world fell apart just a month or so ago,she had earlier sent a meebo to MPP and Jane offering her support to a poster named "umass". I was sitting next to her as she did it while we shared a cup of joe and chatted before she began work.We get together quite often..blog,play with the kids and chat. She turned me on to this site a little over a year ago though,I have very seldom read or posted until using her computer this last month or so as it pops up on her favorites list and I cannot help myself. She was an angry person and several of us suggested she find an outlet. She did..blogging on this site.Believe me when I tell you her anger needed an outlet.She told me how eventually a poster got through to her and changed her outlook..I thought that was great.She also told me she was so mean that she ended up apologizing a few months back. I have to say,though I see many nice people on here,I am shocked at the mean posters who have nothing better to do.I have seen so many people continually attacked just for voicing a different veiw!!Man..that is crazy! She mentioned it all the time too. I have posted a few times and am always provoked by the same few posters and have been,on more than one occasion,accused of being BLB.I supposse it makes sense that we would rattle the same posters.As we are very close friends it is no surprise that we would have the same values and morals as well as ideas when it comes to raising our children.Afterall, These common beliefs are what has helped us to be such close friends. The arrogance of some posters though is incredulous.
I find this site fabulous and I can see,despite a few mean ninnies,why she always comes back. She is a strong woman with a wonderful family and group of supportive friends. I know that she will get through this and I am sure once she does,she will find her way back to you all. I told her I browsed the site yesterday and found your question. She told me to let you know that she misses you all.(well, in her own words,almost all of you). She also asked if Umass returned? Guess I let you know a little more than that!
A sad woman Please tell BLB she is in our thoughts and we hope she'll be back soon. We miss having her around. Thank you for letting us know how she is doing.

I like your new moniker.(have no idea who you are or what your old one was) I recently chose "sad woman" because of the chaos abound.When I first began posting I used Sydney White and Janes addiction. Two of my favs. I remember when the site imposed monikers. BLB was bummed. She picked one of the best ones. I simply used other peoples names cuz I am just not clever like that. Wow, Janes Addiction/Sydney White (great movie!) was you, lol, I would never have guessed. I suck at trying to figure people out. I can never tell who are old and new posters. Glad you're here!
I don't know.. It sounds like to me someone sits around and makes up different alias' all day. Kind of creepy if you ask me. A little like "I have this FRIEND" sorta business. Weird..
