Do you recognize this nanny? This nanny was observed behaving in an abusive manner to the young baby in her charge back in July. The person who snapped the photographs was then not aware of the I Saw Your Nanny website.
Some eye cream wouldn't kill. I guess it would be helpful if there was a story behind the pictures. All I can read into this is that this woman is pissed because you where taking pictures of her. Or a friend rather.
Yes, she does look rather creepy and slightly off but I fail to see any abuse or neglect, just by looking at the pictures. She does look pretty pissed off that some random person is snapping her picture but that's kinda all I see.
Could the person who snapped the pictures maybe give some more information as to how the nanny was abusive? Cos these just look like a woman getting irate because a stranger is taking her picture.
It's now 7:22p here in WI, CST. I have been up since 5a, worked a 9.5 hour day, and sat in horrible traffic for almost 30 minutes. I think I am going to have nightmares after seeing this woman's picture. Can we get more details on the "past abuse", and schedule a trim at Warren-Tricomi in NY and a makeover at Sephora or a Chanel, Dior or Clinique counter? And I thought I was scary at 5a without makeup!
you can clearly see the child's face in the first image. could we please cover it? do what you will with the old hag's picture, but the baby doesn't need his face on the internet.
Unreal. What a bunch of great big bunch of a-holes you are.
Cheeky monkey, learn to read, firstly. Second, I would say that having her photo posted on a website devoted to outing abusive nannies kind of implies something. Wouldn't you?
I'd also like to get a better idea of what the nanny actually did. Not hat I don't believe she did it, but a few pictures of a person with a baby in a stroller who looks angry at having her picture taken are just not very informative.
And I hate to say it but if a person is being sued for slander, it's up to the poerson suing to prove that the allegedly slanderous allegations are false. In other words, the woman would have to prove that she was NOT being abusive to the baby in order to win if she tried to sue anyone for slandering her.
Maybe the op is hoping for the parents to contact her personally (through Jane...as some posters leave contact information for Jane to give the parents, right?)and she will outline the specific abuse to them? After all, this is ultimately about saving the kiddos...not giving us something juicy to discuss. I mean, I obviously enjoy the discussions very much myself...but if this one wants to handle her situation in a different way, so be it. Just as long as the parents see.
If that is not the case, and no contact information has been provided, hopefully OP will include some details to help the parents get a clear understanding of what happened. The one picture looks like she may be hitting the child...but I realize that is quite a stretch since camera angles can be very decieving.
ok...who cares what she looks like. This post said NOTHING about how she was being abusive at all. It looks like a lady with a baby and some crazy person taking the pictures of her. I don't get it.
I hope you get sued Why you and anyone else would come here and complain about this site and THEN leave comments is beyond me. If you don't like this site, LEAVE! It's very simple! I, and many others here, believe it provides a great service to outing bad nannies, among many other things.
I'll bet your just mad a site like this exists because you don't want to be caught neglecting your charge, right??!!
And I can read, thank you very much. There is a BIG difference between "insinuating" abuse, and downright "accusing" someone of abuse, ie., "she beat that kid". Duh.
If you don't think posting someone's pic as this site has done doesn't constitute a public indictment then you're out to lunch. I take it then, you wouldn't care if someone snapped a picture of you picking up your dog's crap in the park and posted it to a 'Animal Abusers' website. Cause its only insinuating, not implying, right?
Much easier to sue for Liable, which means you need to prove that the action taken caused the nanny to lose wages or prevented her from earning a living.
You should all do a quick google search before you start throwing around legal terms. you don't know what you're talking about.
Slander and Libel are both forms of defatmation. Slander applies to something transitory (like speech), while libel applies to anything more permanant (in writing).

OMG! Scary lady! LOL
What was the abusive behavior towards the baby? All I see is a angry woman confronting a stranger with a camera.

We really need more information. Could this be the baby's grandma? In what way was she abusive? More info, please!!!
I've got the number to a great Dentist for this woman if you want to pass it along?
Anyway, I agree a little more info would be helpful. What did she do to the kid?
This is horse shit. You can't plaster some lady's face and accuse them of a bunch of horrible stuff you can't prove. Slanderous.
DUH. Accuse her of WHAT??? I don't see where it says that she beat, smacked or kicked this kid.
Get a grip.
Actually, she was accused of abusive behavior.
And I had no idea this site was populated by such beauty queens. I would love to see some pictures of you guys!
You people really are like a bunch of catty teenage girls.
But WHAT abusive behavior? None seems to be documented here.
Oops! Sorry Jane and Mary! That was me posting at 8:24 and 8:25. It's been a loooooooong day!

PS We probably shouldn't be making fun of how she looks. She can't help that.
I can see the childs face clearly in the first photo... Block it.

Cali mom is so right, slander is hard to prove.
