When I left her house I had to because I was dizzy from the smell of pet feces & urine.

I think you are ridiculous. You want someone you've never met before to come into your home & watch your children.
You also want them to work from 7-4:30 and only want to pay them $20 per day. So you are paying them about $2.35 per hour.
And they possibly have to spend the gas to drive to your home. You are paying way under minimum wage & that's illegal. You seriously need to wake up.
I feel sorry for your children. I understand that money is tight but your basically asking someone to work for free.
Would you work for $2.35 per hour? I highly doubt it. If you can't afford a sitter then I suggest asking a friend to do you a favor.
Babysitters & nannies do not deserve to work for these low wages. It's almost as bad as a sweat shop.
Kids don't just sit around and do nothing all day. They need to be entertained, cared for, fed, changed, help going to the potty.....All the things you normally do with your child you are asking someone to do it for you. It's not like it's this hugely easy job.

I know times are tough but I wouldn't even take a job like this. I just wanted to put this post out there so that people understand that this is not okay! Would you go to work for $2.35 per hour?? I'm gonna go ahead and say that NO none of you offering these kind of wages would, so why is it okay to offer it to someone caring for your child?
