I know this story because these people used to live 5 minutes away from me. The nanny was fired by the father when the mother divorced him, but she continued to work for the mother. Then the father concocted these false allegations because he was mad about "other things". The story isn't over yet and will no doubt end up on Lifetime Television by 2010.
A nanny formerly employed by Los Angeles supermarket mogul Ron Burkle is suing the billionaire, claiming he wrongly accused her of misusing his credit cards.
Chelsea Fesenmaier also sued a law firm Burkle uses, claiming malicious prosecution of a civil action. She seeks unspecified damages.

Dude's phoney allegations are going to end up costing him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
You can't fuck with someone's reputation like that.
I think the mother is the one who got the nanny the attorney to file the suit against the father.
