For one 3 year old child, No driving needed, conversational English is OK, duties is basically just to be there with a child, while I'm at work overnight and while I'm sleeping in the morning. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, the only way anyone could afford to be paid that tiny amount, you will have to take your children to THEIR house, bring YOUR food for them to eat, so that they can watch other SEVERAL other children. Nothing necessarily wrong with that situation, but in truth they will not get the one on one care you are asking for!
We work very hard (as mothers should know more than anyone!) and caring for young children is not easy. It takes a very patient and good hearted person to properly care for your child.
It costs more for DOG SITTING (at MY home) than you are offering for the care of what should be the most important things in your life.

I will also provide food items if needed, such as snacks, breakfasts, lunches, etc. He has no allergies, etc. No disabilities. Anything you need I can provide. (ie:Kleenex, lysol, wipes, etc). A little background: My son has been in daycare since 2 months of age. We recently moved to Union county a few months ago, and because he misses it so much, I have decided to return to work. I have noticed that he gets bored easily. I feel that being with other children in a structured, loving environment is crucial to his learning, and preparedness for kindergarten.

I work 4 nights a week (Sun-Wed), however I may only need childcare for 3 of those nights. I am not in a position to pay $500 or $600 dollars a month in childcare but I am willing to negotiate a good price for the right person! I am taking my time to find the right person to care for my child while I work. Below is a list of criteria that I require for the person I choose:

Honest
Trusting
Responsible
Reliable
Experienced: Worked in childcare field currently or previously, or has hands on experience (I believe that being a mother or grandmother is great hands on experience)
Age 20 or older
Willing and able to provide references and/or background check
MUST be female (seriously)
Ability to provide long term care
Easygoing personality
Patient
Flexible
I know it sounds easy to meet the requirements above, but you'd be surprised of how hard it is to find people like this anymore. It is very important to me that you are HONESTLY the type of person above because my child is the most important thing to me!

30) Looking for infant care in my home (Norfolk)
Hello! We are looking for infant care in our home starting the first week of January. Our son is due anyday now and due to being out of town the month of December, we would like to do interviews within the next week or as soon as someone qualified contacts us. I will be very clear about our qualifications and if you think you would be a good caregiver, we would love to hear from you.
We are not looking for a babysitter! We are looking for a caregiver who will come into our home and give our son attention and interaction, not someone who will just sit on our couch and watch television. Although he will only be almost two months, that doesn't mean he isn't capable of learning. We want someone who will read to him, and just generally interact with him when he's not sleeping. We want someone is who cpr certified, has more than a year experience working with infants, and we would like someone out of high school. You don't have to be in college but we would prefer someone in that age group or older.
We will need care Mon-Fri, the hours are not set in stone because they vary weekly, however you will know a week in advance what hours you will be needed each week. It is a very strong possibility that you will not be needed all five days and it will most likely only be for five hours a day. We are offering $75/week based on a five day work week. We are open to a caregiver bringing a child with them to work, but we will only allow one other child.
