Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY

Hello ISYN,
I tried to get a picture of this but was not able to do so. I was at the Palisades Mall in West  Nyack, NY on Tuesday, March 6 and I witnessed a nanny with her charge. The child was about 1.5 years old. He was a short little boy with faint blonde hair, baby gap jeans, black adidas tennis shoes and a blue cookie monster jacket on. I think that should be enough for you to recognize your child. Your nanny is an overweight, Islander who was wearing a tight red shirt and big gold hoop earings. Her hair was processed straight and orange/brown. The nanny had the child with her to do her own errands. The child was in a stroller but wanted out of the stroller. She took him out of the stroller harshly and plopped him on the ground. His little legs wanted to walk but could not walk fast so she grabbed him by one arm and dragged him so that his feet were barely touching the floor as she erratically and impatiently pushed her brown & tan stroller. The child complained and she was very huffy with him. When she put him back in the stroller, it was very harshly. I would never handle my own child that way. If anyone treated my child the way she treated your chilld and in a very public place, I would be so upset just at that but more concerned for how she handles him when she had him alone in a vehicle, your home, etc.

Good sighting, I agree this nanny is probably more harsh with the boy in private. Poor little guy.

How in the world could you tell the brands of his pants and shoes? I just thought that was kind of strange.

thank you for watching out for the little one, your attention to detail may help his parents identify him! If you see them again - try to take a pic and update us if possible - thank you OP!

Mannah you always have SOMETHING snarky to say. She recognized the brands, so what? You always have throw that extra rude comment in there don't you? Never fails.

Snark is in the eye of the beholder.
