I would get in contact with Greenhouse Staffing agency. If you have great references, they can easily find you a job.
Also you can try More Than a Nanny. I know they just sent me an email. They are looking for baby nurses and nannies around Hoboken and Jersey City. Which is very close to NYC
I've had good experiences with both The Right Staff and Niche Placements. While I don't love Pavillion, they sometimes have great positions, so I have worked with them as well.
Also, The Help Company which is based in the LA area often has NYC positions.
