thats not good. i worked at a my gym and at that age the caregiver really has to be interacting.
Don't they have instructors and rules that would tell the caregiver to get off the phone?
The preschool where the girls I nanny for has a strict "no cell phone use" policy. You must walk to outside of the building to use their phone.
I have witnessed them asking 2 different parents at different times to suspend their phone calls until they exitted the building.
I am so sick of this cell phone topic. Apparently the entire world is always on the phone at inappropriate times.

If I may make a guess, I'd say that troll was probably the OP of the "stupid" post, upset that she got laughed off the board.
I remember this nanny i think she was a aupair her english was not good... she no longer Comes to my gym as of about 9 months ago.....
