Susan Tabas Tepper to be Sentenced This Afternoon
Monday, September 17, 2007

The Main Line, PA mom who beat her nanny is expected to find out her jail sentence today. A sentencing is scheduled for Susan Tabas Tepper later this afternoon. (Update to follow.)
UPDATE 3:12 PM
Compared with previous court appearances, when her hair was disheveled and her face puffy, Susan Tabas Tepper looked rested and relaxed today as she appeared at Montgomery County Courthouse holding hands with boyfriend, Tony Fercos. Tepper smiled but remained silent as she was sentenced to 15 months probation and fined $600. This is in addition to the court-ordered month of psychiatric care Tepper just completed.

Oh Jane,
I want to see what she looks like now!
Yes, I am curious if she lost some weight. She used to be a knockout.
I'm from MN and I didn't hear anything about this story here. Why did she beat the nanny? What did she beat the nanny with?
Thanks
um, click on the words "beat her nanny"
I know her old personal trainer...I think obviously she isn't working out anymore
This is the first picture I've ever seen of Susan Tabas Tepper. I had a different picture of her in my mind - someone more diva-looking.
She doesn't have to be hot. She's got boo yah funds.
Too bad nannies can't run background checks on employers. Then people would be warned about working for a psycho like this.
Oh & why haven't all of the parents who'd go on about how a nanny shouldn't raise her voice/and should pay 100% of her attention to a child (vs. leaving the child strapped into a stroller while on a cell phone conversation) stopped here to comment about an employer not only hitting a 2nd nanny, but hitting that nanny's child and calling her a b***h? Guess it only counts as abuse if the child victim meets a certain socio-economic level, eh? Thanks for reinforcing my concept of this site as a forum for classsist busybodies. Say Abner, what's that nanny in the Stephens' house doing?
Wow it's amazing that I don't see 30-50 comments about why this is bad
If it was a nanny I could imagine the outpour
