Great Nanny Sighting in Chelsea Earlier this morning, while the bench was laden with nannies, one nanny stood out. A tireless, African American nanny at the park with a girl of about 6 or 7 years of age. The girl was blond and had on a denim skirt. The nanny and she played non stop. They were playing a game with a paddle board and ball. Looked like a net -less type of tennis. They were both laughing and really having a great time. The other nannies looked annoyed at the spectacle. Your nanny was un phased and carried on. Lucky you!

Kudos to the broad you speak of. Great work.

But why call her broad??

Kudos to the great nannies!

I call all females broads out of affection. This nanny makes me feel affectionate.

Good for her. It's nice to hear of a nanny doing her job well once in a while. Bad news travel fast but good news takes time.

Wonderful sighting! The bench nannies were probably pissed because this nanny was actually working instead of gossiping.

Love this. Hopefully she gave those lazy nannies something to think about, a little kick in the conscience!

Every kid deserves a caregiver who is truly interested in them and focused on their well-being.

I often see a wonderful nanny at our local library storytime and you can see how her charges thrive with her. She is the only nanny I "know" at all personally and when I see her I always think that she is a different species from these horrible caregivers profiled on ISYN.

If your nanny is a bench-sitter, fire her! Your kids deserve better.
