Wednesday

Clinton and Congress Streets in Brooklyn, NY

Received Wednesday, June 20, 2007
If your nanny was in and around Cobble Hill-Clinton Street near corner of Congress Street today (6/20) wearing a white polo shirt, jeans, and an orange hat with sequin-like things on it, be very concerned about the level of patience she shows your child. She seemed absolutely pissed and frustrated with your child. When she and I made eye contact, she changed her demeanor dramatically. But then she wheeled off with the child. If she's your nanny- I'd consider looking elsewhere or hiring someone to spy on her or something- not sure your baby is safe with her.

Could you describe the Nanny and the child?

if your nanny is walking around cobble hill wearing a rhinestone specked orange hat and you don't know about it- SHAME ON YOU!

who cares about the hat?

What happened exactly? Not enough information at all!

Please describe the nanny in more detail and the events that occured!

"Seemed pissed and frustrated" is very subjective. Could you say specifically what you saw and heard? Maybe she was venting to herself because her phone wasn't working or something that had nothing to do with the child.

what made you think the child wasn't "safe with her"? Was she hitting the child? Did the child look like she was afraid? Or is it possible that this woman was having a bad day, that the child had been disrespectful, that they were running late somewhere, etc... If parents got reported every time they looked frustrated there would be 8000 pages full of these reports.
