'Missy' the nanny was acting angered towards your child who was little and less than three. The child cried 'Missy please, please, please' for five minutes. The little child wanted more of her juice that was in plain sight but 'Missy' didn't want her to have an accident. Missy had a stiff face and kept saying 'no, you have to learn' 'no, you will learn'. I don't know what she had to learn because the little girl was as sweet as could be. 'Missy' just wanted to read the newspaper and nothing else. That was obvious from the way she treated the girl.

in the nanny's defense, you never know if the nanny was just following the mom's instructions as to only so much juice, or maybe she's had experience with accidents from too much drinking. just a thought.

Maybe she was just caring out the parents orders, but the way she talked to the child was uncalled for. You to explain to children why you're doing something instead of assuming they know. And accidents from drinking to much juice? Come on!

why do you jump to the nanny's defense, dont you think that having been there and observed the unspoken word, the person got the gist that this nanny might not have been so great?

What is the purpose of this? it seems like it doesn't get to the root of the issue. Is the issue that the nanny is not doing her job?
