Kinder Kicks Karate at the Greenpoint YMCA

Received Wednesday, November 1, 2006
Nanny with 4/5 year old boy with dark, wavy hair and medium complexion inquiring about Kinderkicks karate registration. While waiting with another nanny, she discussed the fact that you will be away from Friday through Tuesday and she was advising her nanny/friend to tell "them" not to park anywhere near the house because of "nosy neighbors". She was speaking in code and hushed tones out of earshot of the child.
If she is trying to plan around nosy neighbors and your son, I guess that your AA nanny, 5'5", 140, medium length straight hair nanny doesn't have permission to entertain while you are out of town?

I guess the nanny was right when she said "NOSY". That is exactly what you are....The Nanny is smart enough to know how paranoid you stupid people can be.....If someone black comes near your house, then they must be trying to rob you, right? Mind your own damn business....What is your nanny doing? Or are you a stay-at-home Mom (another name for uneducated bit** who can't get a job).

to the last poster, believe it or not, some people actually like staying home with their kids and watching them grow up! if the employers were smart they would already have installed a nanny cam and will see what their nanny is up to. not everybody is "nosy" just letting the parents, (who will hopefully read this) know what their nanny is planning!

Commentator # 1, what in the hell are you blathering about? Black people robbing people? Are you really that idiotic or do you just dial up the ignorance and make random comments on blogs? You truly are a freak of nature and are missing the point.
People are nosy about all kinds of things. Guess what? One thing they have the damn right to be nosy about is what the nanny is doing, what the nanny has done and what the nanny is planning.

Being a stay at home mom means you can't get a job? That's crazy. I am a work at home mom personally, but if I could somehow get out of working I would! Unfortunately we need both my husband's income and mine. I would love to not work and I know many stay at home moms who gave up their careers.
My own mom was a stay at home mom and raised me and my siblings and I think that's great. She started working when we were old enough to stay by ourselves, as she did before she had kids.
Why do you think it means you can't get a job? On the contrary, it means you don't need to have a "job" because you are financially secure enough not to need one other than raising the kids which is the toughest job anyone will have.
It seems you are jealous of stay at home moms to make such a comment.
