Feature:
1) Babysitter needed ASAP (Phoenix)
PAY IS 20$ PER DAY.... THAT'S IT. IF YOUR NOT OKAY WITH THAT THEN DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ADD. $20.00 dollars per day is better then $0.00 per day and your basically getting paid to sit around watch tv and keep a kid company. Not exactly rocket science.
Kid is cute, happy, almost never cries - she just needs someone who can give her a little attention and while Im at work I cant.
Lounge has big comfy couches & a big flat screen. Ill bring movies and a computer so your not bored and if you need me to ill provide lunch.
Must be reliable = there on time everyday (if you cant make it call the day before so I have time to find another sitter)
Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
Ill feed her, Ill change her Ill take her if she starts crying aka you basically dont have to do anything but sit near her and play peek-a-boo with her if she gets loud.
She will be asleep for 4 of the 8 hours that I work....

Seriously this literally could not be easier... get paid 20 bucks to sit around for 8 hrs....
I will pay 20$ for everyday that you come............ Pay is in CASH every FRIDAY.
If I schedule you to come in and then I dont make it in, I will still pay you for that day.

After the second time you pull a no call no show or call the day of. I will terminate and find someone new.. This job is as easy as it gets but you have to be reliable.

4) Overnight childcare needed for a 4yo this weekend only! (Minneapolis)
Ok so I'm in a hard position! Due to limited family support, both of my parents just notified me they aren't able to take my 4 year old for the time I need. Which would be Saturday morning 9AM to Monday afternoon 1:30PM (I get back in at 12:30 so depending on where you live and how far I have to drive after i get my baggage and my car parked at the airport. that sorta thing!). I don't normally need care for this type of time period but I have a work obligation out of town. I'm not even sure if this type of care exists! First, $400 is NOT "excellent pay" - especially when you can be making $20 + for families with well behaved children. I was making over $20/hr for a lovely family with 1 daughter. Their ad did not start with "LISTEN UP" - which is not only disrespectful to potential candidates but down right RUDE.

Secondly, any nanny who would spank a child who is not their own is SERIOUSLY risking their own safety & career. I hope that no professional, respected, and educated nanny would even CONSIDER this position no matter what they pay is. I am not against a parent spanking their own child; however, as a respected nanny of over 10 years (including one who has worked with children with severe behavioral & pyschological issues) - I would NEVER physically reprimand a child (and have never needed to).

With all due respect, original poster, what you need is an educated & dedicated provider who is willing to use proven techniques (behavior modification, positive recognition, applied behavioral analysis etc) to help you get your children back on track. If you do this, you will no longer need to resort to physical punishment, your children will respect you more, and will grow up to be healthy, productive members of society and your quality of life will potentially be greatly enhanced.

Have you read what you are asking? You somehow want some to not have 1. Not have another job but "not work" between 8:30 and 3:30 until they have to get your kids at school but somehow you also want them to 1. do all the cooking and 2. do all the house cleaning & organizing in addition to childcare?

How on earth do you expect someone to get all of that done in 20 hrs a week? Not to mention you are only paying $400 and then have taxes taken out of that AND that is $10 if and only if someone were to only work those 20hrs a week but there is no way they are going to get all that done.

You basically want someone to be a house cleaner, cook & nanny all in one. I cannot believe you want someone in 20 hrs a week to do childcare, take out the trash, take out the fridge, dishes, clean your 4,000 sq foot house, do childrens' & parents' laundry, do organizing and planning and change beds. Even if it was 20 hrs a week I wouldn't do it for $10 an hour.

I hope you find the superman/woman you are looking for but it is highly doubtful. I don't write this to be mean but you should be careful because you get what you pay for.

You must be jokeing $3 for childcare per child. Then to boot you say the pay will be LESS if the childcare provider brings there own children or if they take your child to there home while your 6 year old is in school!!!!!!! I feel bad for the sucker childcare provider you hire. Its like you want free childcare for your 2 kids. Maby your childcare provider forgot to pick up your 6 year old cause you didnt pay $3s for gas to go and get her. I bet you didnt even think of the gas money the childcare provider uses to come to and from your home day to day the gas she uses to get your child from the bus stop or school. How can your childcare provider file a return at the end of the year working for you? FREE CHILDCARE = TIE YOUR KIDS TO THE TREE IN YOUR FRONT YARD TILL YOU GET BACK FROM WORK!!!!!!!!

Is this a scam? Are you posting this ad so people will rant and rave over the price of $60.00 for 3 full days of child care? If you are serious about this low price why not just post the ad for the days and hours and when you get a response discuss price in private with the individual. Maybe you just like all the drama that people post. I thought maybe that is it so here we go people.

some nerve people have come to my house and watch my child for $60 for 3 full days of work that is $20 a day to go to your house good luck lady getting someone trustworthy to go to your house that is some nerve and offensive rate but if you find the right person treat them well.oh dont forget the nanny cam you will need it....
