I need a sitter for tonight! (Lacey)
My sitter canceled on me last minute so I am trying to find a sitter for tonight. I need someone to come to my house in Lacey and keep an eye on my 4 year old and 11 year old boys. You would need to be here at 7 and stay until we come home. Tonight is my sisters 21st birthday so I will probably be home between 1am and 2am. The kids go to bed at 9:30 so it would really only be 2.5 hours of babysitting. You would just need to help my 4 year old brush his teeth, get jammies on, and read him a bedtime story. He will probably watch t.v. the whole time you are here and my 11 year old can take care of himself. I have a 52 inch HDTV with ALL the channels, as well as hundreds of movies. I also have a PS2 with lots of games including guitar hero that you are welcome to use. You basically just need to be present in case of emergency. Pay is $15 plus you can help yourself to any snacks I have. You must be out of high school, have a cell phone, and not be on drugs while you are here. You are welcome to bring your own kid if you have one. Also Do you see the three knobs on the wood panel UNDER the bottom bunk.....THATS a TRUNDLE!! Talk about cool and space saving. Three bed in ONE! FOR THE HOUSEMOMS LAUNDRY • IF YOU USED A LOT OF CLOTHES IN ONE DAY AT LEAST SEPARATE THE DIRTY CLOTHES FROM THE CLEAN ONE • IF YOU GOT YOUR PERIOD AND YOUR UNDERWEAR ITS DIRTY CLEAN IT YOURSELF BECAUSE THAT’S DISGUSTING • DON’T BE LAZY AND HELP THE NANNY A LILTLE BIT • IF YOU USED DAIRY PANTILINERS TAKE IT OFF YOURSELF DON’T EXPECT THE NANNY TO DO IT FOR YOU, JUST BECAUSE WE CHANGE YOUR KIDS DIPPERS IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT WE DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR PERSONAL STUFF • IF WE LEAVE YOUR CLOSET CLEAN AND ORGANIZE DON’T MESS IT UP IN ONE MINUTE • WHEN YOU HAVE A SHOWER DON’T LEAVE YOUR TOWELLS EVERYWHERE, IF ITS TO HARD TO PUT THEM BACK IN THEIR PLACE AT LEAST PUT THEM TOGETHER KITCHEN • IF YOU COOK WE DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEM TO CLEAN AFTER YOU BUT DON’T MAKE A HUGE MESS BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH IT. AND IF YOU DO IT AT LEAST HELP THE NANNY. • WHEN YOU EAT PLEASE PUT YOUR PLATES IN THE SINK AND DON’T LEAVE IT EVERYWHERE WE ARE NOT A WAITRESS. MY QUESTION IS ARE THEY LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CHILDREN OR TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE AND THE CHILDREN????.. THEY HAVE TO BE STRAIGHT UP AND SAY WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO SINCE THE BEGINNING, LIKE THAT WE WILL SAY IM AGREE FOR WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO PAY ME OR I DON’T THINK WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING IS NOT ENOUGH (COMUNICATION AT THE FIRST MOMENT ITS THE KEY OF A HAPPY NANNY LIVE IN WITH YOU, LIKE IF SHE IS GOING TO BE HAPPY TO BE PART OF YOUR FAMILY) ABOUT THE SALARY A LOT OF PEOPLE OFFER IS BETWEEN $450 - $500 FOR 60 – 70 HOURS A WEEK.. THAT MEANS LIKE $8 AND THAT’S NOT FEAR AT ALL. YOU SHOULD BE PAYING AT LEAST $12 OR $14 P/H PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE TAKING CARE OF YOUR LITTLE ONES AND YOUR HOUSE AS WELL SO YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT.. NANNIES DON’T THINK THAT I LIVE IN POSITION IS BEAUTIFULL, THEY SAY JUST BECAUSE WE DON'T PAY FOR FOOD, RENT, CABLE, ELECTRICITY, WATER. ITS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO GET PAY $500 A WEEK!! OF COURSE THERE ARE A LOTS OF NICE FAMILIES THAT TREAT A NANNY AS PART OF THEIR FAMILY AND PAY THEM A FAIR SALARY. HOUSEMOMS ARE SUPER NICE BUT THEY ASK YOU TO DO A LOT OF THINGS TOO SO YOU BETTER BE CAREFULL. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY OFFER TOO LESS WHEN THEY DONT MIND SPENDING TONS OF MONEY IN THE FURNITURES, CLOTHES ($500 FOR A DRESS), VACATIONS, ETC, ETC!! AND CRY FOR PAYING AT THE PERSON WHO TAKE CARE THE MOST PRECIOUS PERSON THAT ARE THEIR KIDS... NANNIS DONT LET THEM FULL YOU..THINK ABOUT IT WE MIGHT CAME FROM ANOTHER COUNTRIES, MAYBE SOME OF US DIDN'T FINISH HIGH SCHOLL, SOME OF US ARE NOT LEGAL BUT IT DOESNT MEAN THAT WE ARE NOT HUMAN BEINGS..
