San Diego Recommendations

opinion 1
I am a nanny from Orange County but I am looking at moving to San Diego in a few months and I was wondering what Nanny Agencies other San Diego Nannies could recommend?

Haha Cloud 9 is a strip club here in Tulsa. Wouldn't want to get the two of them mixed up!

Seaside Nannies is the best in San Diego. I have also worked with CrunchCare.

Just be aware that I have never seen lower nanny salaries than when I lived in San Diego, likely due to the close proximity to Mexico.

nyc mom...how true, how true.

It sucks to be a Nanny in Diego.

W/all the illegal immigrants working under the table and for peanuts, us good and legit Nannies get screwed.

If I could only make $10/Hr for one child, then I am considered blessed.

I agree with the other posters about San Diego. I live in north county (Escondido) and have found jobs all over the county and prices are sub-par because of our proximity to Mexico, which is a shame. There needs to be regulations put on nannying so families need to pay on the books, which would help with the amount of illegal immigrants taking jobs. It's a total shame that it's difficult to find decent paying jobs.

In Escondido, there are a lot of Hispanics, I know.

I live close to Vista/Oceanside and there are a ton here as well.

If anyone wants to be a Nanny in San Diego, be prepared to work under the table at eight dollars an hr.

This is so unfair to me. Gas prices are through the roof and the rents here are very high and the vacancies very low.

Any Nannies considering moving to San Diego should reconsider.

Just sayin'........
