Tamaques Park in Westfield, NJ yesterday (Aug. 5). Nanny was black, wearing a purple shirt and tan pants. Kids were red-headed, one girl and two boys. Nanny totally ignored kids while talking with another nanny. Girl fell off swings, nanny never noticed (we had to pick her up and clean her off). Boys were throwing swing at each others head. I would have said something, but I had twin babies and it was too much to juggle (she wasn't even sitting nearby).
