There is a huge chasm. Yes, because of what people are willing to allow their children to tolerate; all the while demanding the best and poshest accomodations for themselves. They carry the finest handbags, drive luxury automobiles and stay in five star resorts, but some of the "nannies" they leave with their childre, I wouldn't allow to watch my ferret!

hmm. a nanny who publishes a book. versus my nanny. Time to call the nanny agency. Thanks for the wake up call. It is easy to forget there are really great nannies out there (besides the Brits on TV)

Why do you think this book is a dishrag? This is an excellent source for any parent who wants to be a better parent. It is written by a nanny who loves kids and wants the best for them and their parents.

The dishrag represent the low end of the scale. Duh. how could you not get that?

I believe that Michelle LaRowe's book, Straight Talk & Super Tips is written from such a distinct and credible perspective that I would encourage parents to clear a place on their bookshelves for this book as well as her much anticipated follow up.(Due out in November)
