Does anyone see a problem here with 1. A sitter is sent to pick up a child she apparently has never seen before. 2. The school released the child to a stranger. 3. The parents came home, saw the wrong child, and didn't call the police until they saw their son on the news! There is something fishy about this story. I don't think it is the sitter who screwed up.
Oh it most definitely is not a babysitter mistake. The sitter was picking up a child she had never seen before. HOW AWFUL. This very clearly indicates asshole parenting.
I agree. The parents are horrible to hire someone who had not even met their child! I see ads all the time on craigslist from people looking for a sitter for that very week "we need a sitter this friday" etc. What ever happened to hiring people that are not complete strangers? Sheesh...

Agree with all of you! What the hell were ANY of these people thinking?
