Luckily I have not had any legal issues, but I am a new nanny, and still with my first family. They have been careful to make sure every thing is legal and j am very greatful for that!
I had a mom who refused to pay me when it was time for me to move on. Took her ass to court and got my money and then some.
Beware of Nicolle L., Colorado nannies. She goes through one live in nanny a month and loves to fly them in from other states then kick them out when they catch on that the position is nothing like she said it would be. Thankfully I was able to quickly find another job, but I heard previous nannies weren't so lucky.
