I don't know that this pertains to nannys. I think a better question could be to ask if your employer pays your health insurance or if you are an employer, how to go about adding your nanny to your policy.
My bosses generously cover health plan costs up to $500/mo. They have 5-10 employees and we can pick between several excellent plans, both HMO and PPO, as well as dental and vision. I love my Kaiser coverage! I'm in California.
