Casey Anthony's Original Bond Revoked, She Stays In Jail For Now!
Friday night in the middle of a protest organized outside the Anthony home a slew of police officers and detectives rolled in and arrested Casey Anthony on charges not related to her missing 3 year old daughter, Caylee Anthony. She was arrested on charges of uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft which holds her under a $3000 bond.
This morning according to abcnews.go.com it was announced that the $500,000 bond posted for the charges related to Casey’s missing daughter have been rescinded which makes this unlikely now that she will be released from jail.
:-( R.I.P. Caylee
ReplyDeleteGOD bLESS YOU LITTLE cAYLEE :(
ReplyDeletenOW NAIL HER MOM'S ASS TO THE WALL!!!
So sad, we already knew this would be the outcome though. :-(
ReplyDeleteRIP little Caylee.
Now all we have to wait for is for Casey to now claim Cayless died accidentally and she panicked. And there's no way to prove otherwise.
ReplyDeleteAlthough, now that I think about it...maybe that's why they want the body asap. Maybe offering the plea isn't as boneheaded a move as I first thought. Maybe they want physical evidence now, before it's too late, to refute whatever claim of accidental death Casey might make. Without a body it's now he said she said...and a lot of lies and specualtion for a jury to sift through. I relly hope she gets nailed to the wall for this.
Think of how many people would have loved to adopt such a precious, beautiful litte girl and make her the center of their universe?
My heart is aching. All I can hope for now is that she is resting peacefully with her "daddy in heaven." Sweet sweet baby. It's not fair :(
ReplyDeleteGood point 'mom', and SO true regarding how easily precious Caylee would have been adopted. :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a tragic ending. Even if I did see it coming, a little piece of me is still naively in shock and aching. I just *hoped* sooo much, that she'd be okay, and it's the ache of that last innocent hope being crushed that's getting me now. Total disappointment.
AND don't get me started on Casey. I have no words right now, I'm too angry.
News flash. Casey is now back where she belongs..BEHIND BARS.
ReplyDeleteSHe is in jail but for for murder. They have not as yet said it is the childs DNA nor have they declared her dead. The news jumped the gun on this. They arrested her again for theft. She cleaned out a friends bank account while she was on vacation. They want this childs body before they charge her so they can find out how she died because if they can prove it was premeditated she can get the death penalty.
ReplyDeleteWell downtoearth...let's hope her lawyer isn't very bright...because otherwise he will advise her to keep pretending she doesn't know where the body is. If the baby fully decomposes, they will probably have no evidence to prosecute with..unless she was shot or stabbed or something that leaves marks on the bones.
ReplyDeleteHave I mentioned before...this case makes me want to vomit...and beat the crap out of Casey too?
I'm guessing they won't find a body. There isn't one to find. She most likely died accidently, left in the car or something... though I wouldn't disagree that there is a 50/50 chance it wasn't an accident. Casey buried,or began burying, innocent little Caylee in their backyard. Casey snapped back into reality for a moment and realized how dumb that was. Dug her up, or stopped the digging process, put her in the trunk of the car and stole those gas cans. She burned her body and disposed of the ashes in swamp and wooded areas. They will never find her and Casey will never talk. So messed up.
ReplyDeleteCEO-I agree. I think that is EXACTLY what happened. I think she may have drowned, left in a car, etc. Because they say Casey's phone records show that on the date that Caylee went missing there was an alarmingly large amount of calls to her mom and dad over and over. I think something happened and she panicked. She buried her and then changed her mind and incinerated her so no remains would ever be found. I don't know if what happened was accidental or an actual murder but either way you slice it this witch deserves to go to jail for life. She is a sociopath with no emotions who deserves to rot in hell.
ReplyDeleteI do recall the mother saying she was surprised to see that the pool ladder was back up against the pool after she'd put it away a couple of days earlier after a swim with Caylee. I thought that was a big clue because that she knew of no one had gone swimming since that day.
ReplyDeleteVery likely a drowning.
Mom this piece of crap better have a damn good attorney or she is going to fry.I believe that she took that child somewhere and either burried her or burned her..that makes me sick. I had a horrible time with cremation when my daughter died and I just cannot help but cringe when I think she may have burned that little girl up herself!!! They will still prosecute her with no body or no way to tell how the child died. Her goose is cooked because she has lied everytime she has opened her mouth and I cannot believe any jury would let her walk or not find her guilty of murder.I guess they are just trying as hard as they can to find her little body and maybe if they do not find it soon they will charge her. They better do something soon before someone takes this into their own hands. People are in front of the Grandparents home all the time prostesting that she has not been charged with murder yet.It has inflamed the entire community and most of the world, they may arrest her to protect her from someone who wants her to die for this crime. I don't know aout you but if this was my daughter who did this, she would be talking and I wouldn't care what I did to make her tell the truth. I think she left the child in a hot car while she went somewhere and partied or stuck her in trunk and partied while that poor kid roasted to death. I also believe her parents kow more than they are admitting too.
ReplyDeleteHallefukinlujah! I'm so glad she's back in jail where she belongs! She should've never been allowed out in the first place.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't fair she got to enjoy the comforts of home while her daughter was probably nothing more than a pile of ashes in some shallow grave.
when i first read about things in the mom's past, i knew that she had done something with caylee. that woman is not balanced, to say the least. i don't want to even begin to imagine what happened to that poor little girl. i can't imagine the mix of emotions casey's parents must be feeling.
ReplyDeletesigh.......RIP caylee. let's hope that justice is served for you.
sorry to double post, but after i read the comments, i got to thinking more. i am praying that the parents of casey didn't, in the time all those phone calls were made, find out what happened to caylee and were trying to protect their daughter. it just seems strange how mom went from saying the car smelled of a dead body to being fiercely protective.
ReplyDeleteWho knew they could do this?!
ReplyDeleteJust fascinating.
It refreshes every 10 seconds.
You can see everything that's happening in front of their home.
Why would you want to see everything that is happening in front of their home? Grass growing, sprinkler coming on, dog peeing, reporters eating junk food. I don't get the attraction.
ReplyDeleteWell, wth, it's just the same kind of curiosity displayed by those that they call "rubberneckers". For most, it's a natural human behavior. Some can't help it, some can.
ReplyDeletePersonally, I can't stand it when there's an accident and traffic comes to a crawl because there are those that just have to get a gander at what's going on.
But the house of a murderess? Hmmm, that's kind of interesting. And I think many are fascinated with this case because of Casey, not Caylee. That's too bad, but it's true. There are a lot of people that want to see this woman rot underneath a jail for what she did to that little girl.
