I couldn't get a refund, even when I showed it to them. To the casual observer, I'm sure they looked unsupervised, but I always cased the area first, marking what adult was with what kid(s). They knew I was always nearby and would look over from time to time.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32916951.post-1165375970068736092006-12-05T22:32:00.000-05:002006-12-05T22:32:00.000-05:00i think that is a brilliant idea!i think that is a brilliant idea!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32916951.post-1165366104231826902006-12-05T19:48:00.000-05:002006-12-05T19:48:00.000-05:00I once heard of how to cure a 3-4 year old who won...I once heard of how to cure a 3-4 year old who won't stay with the parents that might work well in reverse:

When the kids won't hold your hand, hang back and when (s)he stops following you, move out of line of sight.

Kid doesn't see you, starts to wail.

Wait.

When (s)he's on the total bverge of losing it, come over and 'rescue' them.

Do a reverse of this, & then tuck a note on the kid. My 3.5 year old and 20 month old sons watch me piss all the time. It's a fact of nature! It's not like the nanny/mother was flashing the kid, or showing him her twat! Geez. The kid shouldn't have been left alone in a coffeehouse for 10 minutes in NY. This site could be called "I saw your child's caretaker" and he/she was endangering your child! That's all that matters. Even if this woman is the child's mother it is not okay to hit another human being so hard it snaps his head around (as in the 4th Ave San Diego post below). So stop jumping on each other already! Focus on the problem behaviors and getting the word out to someone who loves the child and who can help stop it! No one can know for sure the relationship between the people we observe and it doesn't matter.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32916951.post-1165167446626055452006-12-03T12:37:00.000-05:002006-12-03T12:37:00.000-05:00I am sorry-but a 3 year old male child is too old ...I am sorry-but a 3 year old male child is too old to be in the bathroom with a female nanny. This is a tough one-what does she do when she has to go to the bathroom? I think I personally would have brought the child with me and had him stand right outside the bathroom door and sing or somehting.
